Dal Zotto Prosecco is a renowned Italian sparkling wine produced by Dal Zotto Wines. They employ two methods to create their Prosecco range. The L'Immigrante Prosecco follows the traditional method champenoise, while the majority of their harvest is used to make the Vintage Pucino Prosecco and NV Pucino Prosecco, which are produced using the Charmat method. This method is commonly used for 99% of Prosecco produced in Italy. The resulting wine is characterized by its refreshing nature and delicate aromas of jasmine, wisteria, and citrus blossom. On the palate, one can expect crisp apple and citrus flavors, with a well-balanced combination of acidity and residual sugar.
