c. Packaging and Condition: The returned product must be in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Please ensure that all accessories, tags, and labels are included. 

d. Return Shipping : Return shipping is currently available only within our delivery city. If you are located outside our delivery city, please get in touch with our customer service to discuss available options.

Refunds and Exchanges

a. Refunds: After receiving the authorized returned product, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Kindly allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

b. Exchanges: We readily offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. However, please note that we do not provide exchanges for changes of mind.
